There are many available, including on all listing pages on my site. Here’s the link to the CIBC (Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce) calculator. Be aware that entering personal information on any bank page may lead to a follow-up contact from that bank.
This tool lets you know the cost added to the total price of your home. First time buyers have a tax credit applied on closing that negates part or all of this cost for eligible buyers. Search “First Time Home Buyer Tax Credit” to find the most up-to-date information, as the amount changes.
