There are many available, including on all listing pages on my site. Here’s the link to the CIBC (Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce) calculator. Be aware that entering personal information on any bank page may lead to a follow-up contact from that bank.

Land Transfer Tax Calculator

This tool lets you know the cost added to the total price of your home. First time buyers have a tax credit applied on closing that negates part or all of this cost for eligible buyers. Search “First Time Home Buyer Tax Credit” to find the most up-to-date information, as the amount changes.

City of Ottawa Property Tax Estimator

The property tax estimator will give you an estimate of what your total annual property taxes could be. This useful tool will calculate taxes based on the area you choose and the services selected.
