Coffee with Karim

This week, join me again to learn whether or not you should trust the seller’s home inspection.

This one’s a maybe. It will largely depend on which professional completed the home inspection, and whether or not you’d benefit from having one of your own. As an example, as a first-time homebuyer, it might be worthwhile to get your own inspection for the sole sake of learning more about what you’re getting into with the purchase.

An experienced realtor working for your best interests will be able to tell you whether or not you should get an inspection. Have your own questions and can’t find answers online? Reach out to Karim at karim@nickfundytus.ca, or come have a coffee, on me.
